The Plainfield StuCo Director / Pastor provides visionary leadership for a vibrant student ministry serving over 250 middle school and high school students. This leader will inspire and equip a dedicated staff team of 3 and a volunteer team of 40+ to help students find their way back to God. This role is both pastoral and strategic, shaping the culture, systems, and experiences that draw students into authentic community and spiritual growth.
