Child Dedication

Child Dedication is an opportunity to publicly express your commitment to raising your child(ren) with God’s guidance and submitting yourselves to His will. It’s a time to invite family and friends to support you as you dedicate your child(ren) to the Lord. Child Dedications are held during services in the fall and spring.

This form is to sign up for Child dedications at the Yorkville location on Sunday, November 3

• Please enter your child's name in the First and Last name fields. Parent Names will be asked later in the form.

• You will be asked to select your first and second choice for which service you prefer. This is not guaranteed until confirmed by your Kids' City Director.

Once you sign up, you will be contacted about attending a Child Dedication Class.
