This team coordinates a gospel-centered legal aid clinic that empowers vulnerable neighbors in our community. A background in law is not required for the majority of team roles. Volunteer roles include: prayer, client intake, client & community advocate, follow-up, hospitality, interpreter, and attorney.

Join us as we partner with local churches to provide a meal to community guests who are unhoused and/or food insecure. 

Walk alongside individuals working to successfully find their way back to God, their families and their communities during and after incarceration. There are many different volunteer opportunities both behind the walls of a correctional facility and out in the community; leading small groups, mentoring, writing letters, & caring for families impacted by incarceration.

This team will support individuals searching for employment by following a curriculum that provides coaching on career direction, job search techniques and resume building. 

We commit to serve our community's unemployed/single parent families, and helping them meet basic needs.

Work with the team addressing extreme poverty around the world. The Global Ministries team works to educate the community as well as partner with Compassion International and Frontline ministries to create mission trip opportunities.

Hammerheads provides vulnerable homeowners ( needy, widows, seniors, veterans, on disability)with basic home repairs.

Hesed House's mission is to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, shelter the homeless and give people the chance to hope again.

Support survivors of human trafficking through Community Cares’ partnerships with many local anti-trafficking organizations. 

This team provides fellowship with women who’ve become homeless. Volunteers will hold a monthly game night at Lifespring’s transitional living center in Aurora. Build connections and become part of their support system as they work through their transformation and self-sufficiency.

LPCS serves adults all across Chicago who are experiencing homelessness. Join us as we prepare meals and pack lunches.

Help with the Loaves and Fished food pack distribution at the Plainfield Location

Join this team to help some of the most vulnerable among us. You can be a friend to a refugee family, bring donations of most needed items for refugees, teach ESL, mentor kids, etc. In partnership with World Relief.

Wayside provides transformational care for the broken, homeless, and recovering. Join the team to serve in different ways. 

Yarn and More Ministry meets twice a month on Tuesdays to create blankets for our local partners-sharing warmth and care.
